This store, Purrella, is operated by Gutierrez Capital LLC, a New Mexico limited liability company ("we", "us", "our").

Shipping destinations
We currently ship to addresses within the United States.

Shipping cost
Standard shipping is free on all orders within the United States, unless a different rate is shown at checkout.

Processing time
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays) after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day.

Delivery time
Once shipped, orders are usually delivered within 4 to 8 business days, depending on your location. Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. During peak seasons (such as Black Friday and the holidays) or due to weather or carrier delays, deliveries may take longer.

Order tracking
When your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking may take 24 to 48 hours to show updates. Orders containing several items may arrive in separate packages.

Address accuracy
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible, and we will try to update it before the order ships.

Lost, delayed or damaged packages
If your tracking shows no movement for more than 7 business days, your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, or it arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days at gutierrezcapitalllc@gmail.com. We will work with the carrier and, where appropriate, send a replacement or issue a refund.
